Frankenstien Part II day 7

Florida over Carleton, 15 - 12. Called that! Off by a point and I predicted it months ago, for what it is worth. (Not much, I went with a hunch that happened to be correct. Still cool though.)

Carleton seemed to get rattled and made some drops, Brodie got some d's, calls were made. Florida's caveman style of ultimate overcame Carleton's tight short game. A shame for those folks who don't like to give the long game its due respect. Haha. Brodie's throws are ridiculous. When Kyle Weisbrod is saying you have the best forehand in the college game, well you're probably a pretty damn good thrower.

Much has been made of Florida's call heavy style of play. It sure ain't fun to watch and it can't be fun to play against. I have no opinion, I'm happy Florida won because I thought they were going to win but neither team is my favorite. Both have very impressive skillsets though, definately motivating!

Until the rules are changed to prevent Florida from being Florida, you play to win the game. Nothing wrong with that. Call it cheap, but they're the one hoisting the trophy.

Agreed. Three of Florida's players touched the disc about 90% of the time. Brodie threw 10 of their 15 goals.
When a team is that predictable and you can't stop it they played better no matter how many bad calls they made.
