Light workout today after yesterday's brutality. Working on squatting with weights, have to really focus on form with weight added. Weight on back feet, get low.

Almost organized. So close. A few more things to do, namely split up my binder into three or four binders by subject, email a LOT of frisbee people, and get moving on uniform orders.
And art.
