Got some pickup in at Marist today, did not adjust enough to the wet weather and ended up throwing really badly. Tilted for a bit but then thought more about form - the wetness leads to less wrists snap, so throwing hard leads to floating high bouncy throws. Making a deliberate effort to keep my grip tight paid off in the end.
I was also throwing without proper lower body form, once I shaped that up things improved.
Always need to throw with form.
