After sectionals the warm weather of summer's end has quickly subsided in favor of classic Hudson Valley fall chill, and plenty of rain. The end of the club series marks the end of summer for sure, and even the elements are following suit.

Got some pickup in at Marist today, did not adjust enough to the wet weather and ended up throwing really badly. Tilted for a bit but then thought more about form - the wetness leads to less wrists snap, so throwing hard leads to floating high bouncy throws. Making a deliberate effort to keep my grip tight paid off in the end.

I was also throwing without proper lower body form, once I shaped that up things improved.
Always need to throw with form.
Always.
