Fall 2011 indoor practices numbers two and three can be thus categorized: Sloppy and Lazy.
At practice number two, I was sloppy, throwing high release passes. At practice three I stopped doing that, but was lazy, throwing from the upper body all stiff like, no form, not enough abs. Both times I neglected to get low enough for all throws.
Not doing new years resolutions this year. Focused goal setting. More on that later.
