Swagger
Or: how I am becoming everything I hated about people in high school.
...
...
Haha
I was going to do a long write up about RPI but I find myself with nothing to say about it. We went 3 and 3. It was a decent performance, and we seldom do so well at tournaments, but I'd like to aim higher.
Anyway the gist of my thoughts at the time was that mental game and swagger count for a lot but sometimes if you are doing it right and tight you ride the fine line between "confidence" and "unspirited dick". It happens right? I made some friends at RPI and probably also some enemies.
Tell you what, playing with confidence helps.
Just do it.

Form, focus
Throwing
Knees bent, foot firmly planted, focus, breathe, push. Use the hips. Snap.
Boom.
Get some sleep.
Flow and explode from the foot up.
Make it happen.

Figured out what to write about Vassar
My throwing form was generally terrible. My forehand huck was nonexistent and my backhand huck was only huge. I lifted my pivot foot and did not utilize the hips and extended my right leg way too far and spun around too much and got hand-blocked by a b team player.
So...throwing practice!
And lifting mad weights.
Yes.

What's good
Not even sure what to say about Vassar.
Went to the gym today, had a really good lift.
Progress.
